1 Choose Your Location

We build in many communities, and can create the home of your dreams on your homesite, too. We will evaluate your homesite, onsite, with you. We can talk about best views, light, and placement.

If you don’t have a homesite yet, we can talk with you about finding an ideal location, too!

2 Choose a Plan & Customize it
for YOUR lifestyle!

Choose from our many home plans across several style Collections. Want to customize it to suit you even more perfectly? Our in house architectural draftsmen and designers can tailor it to your needs. If you have a plan you’d like to build, bring it to us and we will discuss how to bring it to life, the Classic way!

3 Select Your Finishes—it’s fun!

Our in-house Design Center—and Classic Interiors design experts— make it a pleasure to customize the interior and exterior finishes of your home. From fabrics, faucets and flooring to lighting choices, trim and paint colors…Classic makes it so much fun!

4 The Building Process: Staying Informed

Throughout the construction process, Classic provides regular, scheduled updates. We believe you should be informed of what’s happening, when.

With onsite meetings to review exciting milestones in construction, and our ‘open-door’ communication, our process ensures that you know exactly what’s happening with your future dream home, every step of the way.

5 Closing and Move-in Time!

As your move in date approaches, Classic will identify all the major functions and features of your new home—think of it as an orientation. We’ll walk through your home with you and make plans for giving YOU the keys to the kingdom! Warranty Information will be included here.
