Presenting our Southern Living Showcase Home, The Verona.

While always at the industry forefront, Classic took center stage in 2012 when the Grand Strand welcomed this area’s First Southern Living Showcase Home—a home designed by Roofline Designs, Inc., built by Classic, and decorated by Classic Interiors.

Thousands toured the home because of its exterior beauty, but an equal number came simply to see its stunning interior.

Well known for their ability to create living spaces that are welcoming, comfortable, and withstand the test of time, Susan and her team at Classic Interiors had created a masterpiece. With its warm, rich hues and a global collection of furnishings, the interior was as exquisite as the home itself!

The 2012 Southern Living Showcase Home by Classic, ‘The Verona’ in Seville at Grande Dunes, opened to the public in August of 2012. This home represented Myrtle Beach’s first ever Southern Living Showcase Home.

“We were excited to share our beautiful showcase home with the public,” said Susan White of Classic.  “Showcasing the products of over 50 local and national trade sponsors, it represented the latest in building and design ideas.”

Classic, a member of the Southern Living Custom Building program for over five years was among 100 builders chosen for the 19th annual builder program in 2012. Classic continues to be a proud member of the elite Southern Living Custom Building program to this day.

The Southern Living Showcase Home represented our 149th custom home in the Grande Dunes community at the time. We are pleased to have built many, many more since then! We invite you to explore this elegant home via the Showcase flip book. More about Classic »
